JoAnn is a very kind and supportive person. In our spiritual empowerment work together, she shared a variety of helpful exercises and guided meditations. Some were designed to clear energy blocks, strengthen energy, protect energy, grow intuition, raise vibration, and more. So much of what she taught me has become the foundation for my inner work.
