 I love to learn about the intelligence of our hearts and consider the power we have access to. I've learned a lot about how fear based patterns of thought often supersede our heart wisdom.
It's great to know that our best answers lie within the stillness of our hearts ... the seat of our intuition....the ultimate all-accessible SuperPower. And we can blast holes into repetitious patterns of limiting thoughts. Today I will wade a little deeper into this important subject. We can live in greater peace when we practice staying centered in the space of our hearts. Wisdom, Intuition, Gratitude, Love, Peace, and Compassion all live there.
