Lately many of my psychic reading clients have been young and quite spiritually evolved. Yesterday I had the privilege of doing a reading for a young woman who is ready for the most joyful life possible. It brought me to happy tears to see her Spirit shine through so brightly! It was pure radiance.
Inspired by our lovely session, it feels important that I share another reminder that we ARE Spirit and our true essence is joy and optimism. We are meant to live happy and creative lives. That's what we intended before we entered these human bodies.
To reach our happiest state, we are called to be gentle with ourselves and others. To do so we must be proactive in surrounding ourselves with gentle people, situations and environments as well as choosing gentle thoughts.
There will always be chaos in the world. But with practice we can learn to shift negative reactions into more gentle and loving thoughts and feelings. When we do this, our vibrations will rise and we will attract better experiences.
Even better, when we collectively combine our gentle energies we can help to soften and shift troubling situations into higher and less chaotic vibrations. There is power in numbers!
So, gentle souls, I welcome your thoughts about all this. What have you discovered about your human relationship with your Spirit? How has gentleness positively changed a situation or a negative emotion for you? I'd love to hear!
Always remember that you are powerful creators!.
Gently and Lovingly,
PS: A psychic reading can help to clarify your questions and guide your choices. I would love to be of help in your journey.

Advice from the Spirit Guides
As a psychic reader I have an easy time connecting with spirit guides. They are always present and eager to be of help for both my clients and for me. I enjoy sharing stories about the perfect messages that are so often shared by these beings of pure love.
Many times during a client reading I am asked questions that begin with "Should I....?" The guides almost always respond by reminding us that our Inner Being (intuition) is where to access our best answers and direction. They remind us that there are no "shoulds". Instead, paying close attention to the feelings that accompany our inquiries is all that is ever needed for choosing the best path of action.
Here's how it works. When you direct your questions to your wise Inner Being, if the answer you immediately sense feels good, then go with it! If the answer feels uncomfortable or unclear or there is a delay in sensing a response it is undoubtedly the "ego self" firing up old programs that keep us distracted from who we really are.
Here are two really important guidelines to help you become an intuitive master.
First, practice finding your best possible "in the moment" place of joy and appreciation. Always reach for better feelings if you are experiencing negative emotions. Better feelings incite higher vibrations. We always attract what we are vibrating as feelings according to the Universal Law of Attraction. Practice this every day. Soon enough your intuition will become your best friend and joy is sure to follow!
And secondly, if you ever get stuck along the way, just ask your Spirit Guides to help. It's what they love to do.
And, I'm here to help, too. It's what I love to do!

In my wildest dreams, never could I foresee living in a beautiful log home on 78 acres of heavily wooded property in northern Wisconsin.
Yet, somehow, here I am. It’s been four amazing weeks now. Very soon I will share this pastoral life with the man I love and adore.
Our driveway is .3 miles long. I slowly stroll the drive when I go out to our mailbox. Each time I walk, the forest talks to me. Endless species of plants, trees and insects (especially friendly butterflies!) are happy to commune with me. The birds stay tucked away out of sight but they sing their canorous greetings anyway.
I’ve always loved ferns. In the spring their unfurling fiddleheads tickle my fancy. Once they are wide open their fan shaped fronds remind me of the open arms of my loving grandmother when we stopped in for visits in my childhood days.
Today marks the 24th anniversary of the passing of my 10 year old son Craig. (Can this be possible?!!) Craig's sweet essence often hangs with me on these saunters. This morning I felt his hand holding mine as I stopped to admire the row of happy ferns.
Craig frequently whispers a lovely message of hope and reassurance. He wants me to share it. He wishes to tell the world that there is no death.
Our souls are eternal and eternally beautiful as spark of the one great spirit. What we call death is simply a shift in energetic frequency, releasing the biological space suit from our human experience in the process. Our loved ones souls are with us more than we can imagine!
These days peace flows within my grateful heart like a sparkling Montana river. Life is a mystery in so many ways,. Yet, my eternal soul celebrates the gifts that appear when I rest in love and remember to allow space in my heart for the manifestations to drop in.
The lush ferns serve as a reminder to me to remain within the pure space of my heart.....the place where love is the only true thing.
Dear Powerful Creators,
"If you can hold a thought for 17 seconds it's yours."
So, what do thoughts really have to do with our life experiences?
There is a universal law that states that our thoughts create our realities.
Therefore, if we hold on to fearful or negative thought energies we will begin to experience intensity and manifestations that are a vibrational match to negative thought.
On the opposite end, when we hold posititve thoughts the experiences that match this higher vibration will also begin to manifest accordingly.
Archangel Ariel wants us to embrace that we are all infinitely powerful as creators. She reminds us, "When the mind is quiet the spirit within leads the way so perfectly!"
Here is a video by Esther "Abraham" Hicks on this subject that you might enjoy.
Blessings and joy to you as you powerfully manifest what you want as flow in your life!

There is magic in the air as we approach 11:11:11 within this Universal Year on Sunday.
What is a Universal Year? It’s calculated by adding the numbers of the current year (in this case, 2018) together like this:
2018 = 2 + 0 + 1 + 8 = 11
11 is a “Master number” in Numerology
Whenever you're seeing 11:11 or 1:11 number patterns, you're being called to awaken. A direct channel opens between you and your higher self. 11:11 is a point of merging the physical and non-physical realities of YOU.
This gorgeous writing by John O'Donohue is being presented for you to contemplate. Honor your inner brilliance and listen to your heart intelligence at this opportune time of evolution.
In Joyful Gratitude,
For a New Beginning
In out-of-the-way places of the heart,
Where your thoughts never think to wander,
This beginning has been quietly forming,
Waiting until you were ready to emerge.
For a long time it has watched your desire,
Feeling the emptiness growing inside you,
Noticing how you willed yourself on,
Still unable to leave what you had outgrown.
It watched you play with the seduction of safety
And the gray promises that sameness whispered,
Heard the waves of turmoil rise and relent,
Wondered would you always live like this.
Then the delight, when your courage kindled,
And out you stepped onto new ground,
Your eyes young again with energy and dream,
A path of plenitude opening before you.
Though your destination is not yet clear
You can trust the promise of this opening;
Unfurl yourself into the grace of beginning
That is at one with your life's desire.
Awaken your spirit to adventure;
Hold nothing back, learn to find ease in risk;
Soon you will be home in a new rhythm,
For your soul senses the world that awaits you.

For several days after my Dad passed away hummingbirds would fly up to me in greeting! I knew that Dad had sent them to me as a message of love and assurance.
If we remain open to the possibilities of the energetic presence of our loved ones, we may be able to sense a sort of communication.
Love messages may come to you in the way of a knowing, a feeling or sensation of their presence, a touch, a whisper, a scent , or perhaps a sign like a bird or a butterfly.
Just because we can't see them with our human eyes doesn't mean they are not there. What signs do your loved ones send?

Form/Non-form or Other Phenomenon of Non-physical Realm
It was mid-morning, July 27th 1995 when we finally left the hospital the day of my 10 year old son Craig’s passing. It was sunny and warm as a perfect summer’s day.
As we were driving home I closed my eyes. Within a moment I experienced an astounding vision. I saw Craig! He was jubilant and happy. He was in a meadow of beautiful flowers with intense sunlight. He was dancing and playing there with many children who looked just as joyful and happy as he did.
It was an extremely comforting experience! Later I named that vision "Sundance" because of the intense sunlight that I saw and the happy vision of the children dancing and frolicking.
I have never experienced such stunning and radiant sunlight. Attempting to describe this is subtle and abstract for me. It was powerful, concentrated and beautifully effervescent! There was a palpable warmth emanating from this light which was accompanied by a soft comforting radiance.
The feeling that lingered far beyond the momentary vision was that of a sense of knowing that I had experienced interconnectedness with a realm of unseen non-local, non-physical, subtle energies.
In my work as a psychic medium I love to receive messages, visions and signs from the spirit world. For me, there is no doubt that our loved ones in spirit seek out ways to communicate with us. I know that it brings them joy to keep shining their love-lights upon us, even if we aren't fully aware of their presence.
So, keep an open heart. Keep watching and listening. Be patient and trusting. Talk to your loved ones and ask them to help in communicating.
Your efforts just may result in some very happy experiences.
In Joyful Gratitude,

Spending a magnificent week in the majesty of Montana mountains and rivers along side the man I love has served to spark memories and contemplation of times when I have sweetly rested in the magic of being as one in spirit with nature.
It’s been many years since I grew up in the beauty of abundant earthly surroundings as a girl living on a farm. Sandwiched in between my precious childhood days and this glorious week in the mountains of Montana there has been much busy-ness and many life distractions. I have taken far too little time for just BEING as resting in the healing power of our natural world.
On a perfect snowy winter wonderland kind of day Tom fitted me up with a pair of old fashioned snowshoes made of hickory. We walked together joyfully on top of several feet of snow. Like excited children we delighted in every step we took as we wandered our way into the most magical mountain forest setting I’ve ever seen!
Tom had previously shared stories with me about his experiences in the mountains since his arrival here in September. As we trekked along I enjoyed his stories in expanse as he pointed out where some happy experiences took place.
With much tenderness he re-shared stories of guiding friends on grand adventures to search for the perfect Christmas trees from the abundant evergreen forest. Woven into our delightful walk was a most wonderful story about Annick, the property owner, and how she treasures these trees while protecting them with inexplicable passion. Once she went so far as to threaten to chain herself to certain majestic trees to prevent them from being cut down.
Several times I paused to catch my breath as I tried my limited best to take in the exquisite beauty that surrounded us. The ethereal magic of that which was filling my senses was beyond any words one might conjure up in attempting an adequate description. Magical moments leave us wonderstruck like this sometimes.
What has shifted for me within this gentle week of radiant blessings, unconditional love and stunning beauty has been a return to the truth of what really matters.
This deep knowing resides within every soul. The knowing is this: We cannot truly thrive when we attempt to live our lives within the stress created by the countless demands of the programs that are running our world. Instead, it is our very highest purpose to rediscover and return to our place of Heart.....the sweet place of wonder, respect, tenderness, compassion and gratitude. And wondrous Peace.
Mother Earth (Gaia) is our life-giving force. When we reverently commune with her from the sacred place of our Hearts we begin to remember our Oneness with her. It is then that we can authentically embrace and live in profound yet ubiquitous spirit wisdom.... Love is the only true thing.
In Joyful Gratitude,

Have you ever noticed that when you remember to listen to your heart, you can always hear the immediate soft whisper of your intuitive wisdom?
I know, it's not automatic for us to do this.
Our brain-based thoughts always want to be heard first and foremost.
Our brains are used to being in charge. Thought patterns are automatically generated that are designed to "protect" us from choosing positive change, courage and release of negative thoughts and emotions.
After all, these vulnerable heart-based choices could open us to being hurt or disappointed.
My continuous practice of heart-centered intuitive living has brought me loads of opportunity to observe outcomes, both of heart-based choices and reactive-thought choices.
Every time the heart wins, I win. An open heart makes space for all things of beauty and inspiration to drop into. It's the perfect space that holds our dreams for us.
At times it's been scary. But the good news is that every time I charge past thought-generated fears my mind becomes significantly quieter and stays that way.
Our hearts know how to guide our human experiences. But we must be open to listening, making the choices and taking the courageous action steps necessary to do the work.
May we always remember to embrace the wisdom of our intelligent, loving hearts so that our dreams may come true.
Plese let me know if I can be of help to you. A psychic (intuitive) reading can be very helpful in discerning the messages of wisdom found within your precious heart.
Wishing you the joy of realizing your dreams,
"You know that crazy heart of yours?
The one that has lightning crackling and moonlight shining through it.
The one you've been told not to trust because it often
led you off the beaten path.
The one so many have misunderstood your entire life.
Trust it. Feed it. Grow it.
It is your greatest treasure and will point
the way to your highest destiny.
It is the voice of your Soul."

Downtown White Bear Lake is often referred to as "charming", which it certainly is. But I feel the need to add a more appropriate descriptor. This city is a place of hearth (heart merged with earth.) My late morning walk along the frosty Lake Street pathway transported me to a sacred space of joy within every life-breath I took. Serenity enfolded my grateful soul and I embraced peace beyond imagination. This simple beauty illuminated my spirit. It whispered with inexplicable reassurance that All, indeed, is One.
